We are a trading company specializing in automotive racing parts – steering wheels, seats, harnesses, car mats, and carbon fiber components. Our main markets are North America, Japan, Australia, Poland, and the UK.

We don’t have a garage full of project cars. What we do have is a simple but unusual focus: finding what’s wrong with a product before it reaches you, and making sure it gets fixed.

How we work differently
Most trading companies just move boxes. We move problems backwards.

When we receive quality complaints or return samples from customers, we don’t just forward them to the factory.

We:

Analyze the defect – is it a material issue, a tolerance problem, or a design flaw?

Work with the factory to find the root cause.

Push for an upgrade – not just a one-time fix, but a permanent improvement in the next batch.

And we don’t stop there. We also track defects that we discover during our own in-house inspections, even if the customer hasn’t complained yet. If we see a weak batch of stitching on carbon wheels or a seat belt buckle that doesn’t click smoothly every time – we stop shipment and demand a fix.

Real example
Last year, a customer in Australia reported that a batch of quick-release hubs had developed play after two months of use. We took back the samples, tested them, and found the bearing tolerance was off by 0.2mm.
We pushed the factory to retool the part. The upgraded version now runs for over a year without play. That customer still orders from us – not because we’re the cheapest, but because we listen, investigate, and fix.
